Hey look! I can get on the internet at work again! :)

Workout today:

Eliptical for 30 minutes, 3.1 miles, 360 calories burned.

Did arms, butt, and side exercises.

Also ate a ton of sushi last night…

I don’t really believe in New Years resolutions, but I am going to try really hard to start eating better. I know I’m not going to be perfect and I’m still going to eat crappy food here and there, but I need to make better decisions when it comes to my day-to-day meals. Sadly, I think this means much, much less drinking (which I rarely do as is…).

Also started making protein shakes in the morning. I can’t get the ratio just right yet. Been putting frozen strawberries, bananas, light vanilla yogurt, 2% milk, ice cubes, vanilla protein powder and coconut oil. Also got some other frozen berries, natural peanut butter, and chocolate powder to try other combinations.

My goal is to be a brand new person by bathing suit season. I’m sick of seeing cute bathing suits that I’m just not able to wear. It’s on this year. No f’n around!
