5 minutes on treadmill, half a mile. Arms. 30 minutes on elliptical, 360 calories, 3.1 miles. Squats/lunges w/ resistance bands (hell on earth). Abs.
Today’s workout:
30 minutes on elliptical, 360 calories, 3.1 miles. Arms. Sides. Abs.
My whole body is so sore from stability ball class on Monday… I don’t know what my problem is! I feel like I’m walking like a big goon.
